FAQs

Our first product was tequila inspired, so we leaned into that inspiration for the brand name. Inspired by the Spanish word SABER, meaning knowledge, SABÉ (sah-bay) invites you to enjoy what we all know makes a great cocktail – never too sweet, never watered down and only all-natural ingredients.

Our products are made in The Netherlands. The family distillery that makes our cocktails has been in operation since 1837. In 2019, our master distiller won the award for the World’s Best London Dry Gin at the World Gin Awards.

We have distributors in a limited number of states. Please contact us here to inquire more.

In the very near future, you will be able to purchase SABÉ online and it can be shipped to various states where legal.

Hard seltzer is a fermented malt beverage (FMB). For someone who wants something really low in alcohol with simple flavors, hard seltzer is a choice. For someone who wants an actual cocktail, they should consider reaching for SABÉ instead.

Canned cocktails that are 4%-6% ABV are often very watered down. If you ordered a cocktail at a restaurant or bar, a good bartender would serve you something in the 12%-14% ABV range. If you want an actual cocktail like you'd get in a bar, consider reaching for SABÉ instead.

Normally, a good bartender will start with 1.5 oz. of tequila (40% ABV), 1 oz. of lime juice and 0.75 oz. of agave nectar. Shake that for 10-15 seconds and then approximately 1 oz. water is added. The resulting Margarita is approximately 14% ABV.

Start with 1.5 oz. of your favorite gin (40% ABV) and add 3 oz. of good tonic water with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. The resulting G&T is approximately 12% ABV.

Start with 2 oz. of your favorite vodka (40% ABV) and add 4 oz. of ginger beer with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. The resulting Moscow Mule is approximately 13% ABV.
